We have received an increase of reports of errors while transacting on the POS app. A fix has been implemented and error rates are stabilizing. Our developers are continuing to monitor the situation

In the meantime, please be transparent with your customers about experiencing technical difficulties and direct customers to place orders through the app until the POS issue is resolved. Your work supporting customers will make a big difference in their experience!
